This policy explains how Creator Analytica handles personal data belonging to people who visit this website and join our waitlist. It is separate from our data policy, which covers the creator profile data in our corpus.
Who we are
Creator Analytica ("we", "us") operates this website at creatoranalytica.com. For the personal data described in this policy we are the data controller. Our legal entity is Creator Analytica, incorporated in Delaware, United States, and you can reach us at privacy@creatoranalytica.com.
What we collect
We keep the site deliberately minimal. We collect two things.
What you give us
When you submit the waitlist form, we collect the information you enter: your work email, and optionally your company, the category you select, whether you want the monthly market brief, and any free text you add about what you're trying to answer.
What is collected automatically
Our hosting and content-delivery provider records standard technical log data for security and reliability — for example the IP address a request comes from, the time, and the resource requested. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites.
How we use it, and our legal basis
- To respond to your waitlist request and open access in stages — on the basis of taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in operating the waitlist.
- To send the monthly market brief, only if you asked for it — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the service secure and available — on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and diagnosing faults.
We do not sell the personal data collected through this website, and we do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process this data on our behalf under contract, including Amazon Web Services for hosting, content delivery, and sending our email. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use the data for their own purposes. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Where it is processed
This data is processed on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States. Where personal data is transferred out of your region, we rely on the appropriate safeguards for that transfer, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist submissions for as long as needed to manage access and our relationship with you, and then delete or anonymise them. Security and delivery logs are kept for a short period on a rolling basis. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, subject to any legal retention we're required to observe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email privacy@creatoranalytica.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, note it on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
